In order to protect your security, we use a strong browser encryption and store all of our data on servers in secure facilities based on North America. All data is only accessible to our Executive Board Members. Our Board Members are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and a breach of this agreement would result in the Board Member’s termination and legal prosecution.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet can be insecure at times and therefore, we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

ATTN: Contacting the BOD for data deletion will remove you from any active memberships, Keyfobs and access to the club without refund or credits being provided.

ATTN: Be aware that as a member, former member, match participant, or guest of the WCRA, your personal data MUST remain in our records and CANNOT be deleted for at least six (6) years from the date you cease to be an active member or guest of the WCRA. This is according to the Shooting Clubs and Shooting Ranges Regulations (SOR/98-212) of the FIREARMS ACT in Canada.

Cookie Policy

Waterloo County Revolver Association is currently exploring ownership changes, applicants who apply after January 26, 2023 will not be eligible for ownership opportunities. For applicants who apply after January 26, 2023, your acknowledgement on your application form constitutes your acceptance that you understand you are NOT eligible for any ownership shares at this time.
